When I wake at the special hour, I will seek the sun from inside my house.  With cold tea, I will watch 0:05 of 5 videos and choose 1 special moment from only 3. After ballet class, I continued to move.  The first phrase came to me yesterday  while  listening to " Billy Says Go"  by Audion. The second was born today, from the first .
